Event 12: Doing the Chan Chan

$400 + $50 Six-Max NLH

Double Trouble
Benjamin & Daniel

The Chan brothers have $100,000 in combined career earnings and are having a great 2011 at Borgata. Daniel ($84,000) and Benjamin ($17,000) each have four cashes in Borgata Open events and each has a final table.

Benjamin picked up an 8th place pay day ($1,659) in the Yellow Chip Bounty Tournament earlier this week, while Daniel's final table came in the Borgata Spring Poker Open, a 9th place/$1,500 finish, one of his four cashes in the series.

The brothers have a friendly rivalry and both are entered into today's field, but only Daniel made it on time, as Benjamin over slept. "We're not staying together," explains Daniel, "I gave up my room and am staying with somebody else."

The move hurt Benjamin as he slept through the alarm and didn't make to the tables until more than an hour after the 11 am start.

The brothers have survived through the second break and would love to see each other heads up at yet another final table.
